SA Barrel Horse Association Incorporated (SABHA) is a community based Barrel Racing Association where any horse and rider combination learn, have fun and compete in the sports of barrel racing and pole bending.
In 2013 SABHA became an affiliate of the Australian Barrel Horse Association (ABHA). This gives our members the chance to compete at a national level as well as locally for different clubs.
SABHA supports all rider and horse combinations and all skill levels. Competitive rider? Green rider? Green Horse or campaigned horse? Too old to compete at speed or too young to compete on your own? We may have the event to suit you! As a grass roots club we aim to encourage anyone to grow and develop in the sports of Barrel Racing and Pole Bending.
SABHA is a child safe environment and supports families and participants of all ages and gender to participate. Our committee work hard to ensure that we deliver family friendly events.

We the SABHA committee would like to welcome everyone, to the 26/27 season. 😊
26/27 SABHA memberships are now open. Please make sure forms are completed along with any monies or points will not count for the season.
As all will be aware there is the new I Compete. If anyone has any issues creating the new way. Please contact ABHA secretary thank you.
26/27 revised rules in particular Dave Waters is now updated on our website. We advise all members to have a read.
Presentation for 25/26 will be advised in the next couple of days and leaderboard will be posted.
